Iu2019ve been coming here for years to get my annual TB test. Itu2019s supposed to cost $35. Last year, they didnu2019t even have the fluid to administer the test, so I had to go to a different OC Urgent Care. I came back to this location to get the test read. The staff at both locations told me I could do that for no additional charge. Six months later I get a bill for $180. They charged the TB test read as a office visit for $250. Itu2019s outright fraud. I wonu2019t be coming back.

Nurses and Physician Assistant are unprofessional, unkind and really should not be in the healthcare business. I had to ask the nurse what they were doing as they said to put a vest on. Patient care and explaining what is being done to them is very important. Front desk was only kind soul there. Never going back to this urgent care again!

The team at this Urgent Care was amazing. Soon as I walked in they were very kind to greet me. Monique was really sweet help me with my information, then I got to connect with Jose the nurse he was very kind and respectful to listen to what I had to say and how I was feeling. Then Dr Ryan came in very respectful Same thing very open listening caring figuring out what was going on with me with some kind of slight vertigo and then we wrapped it up at the end and again they all stepped in great place love the energy very kind highly recommend people to go there for any type of urgent needs best wishes to all of them

Tried to use this location for my husbandu2019s immigration exam. They did not disclose that they 1) use a 3rd party for labs 2) that these labs would be an additional charge. Which was a fun surprise to receive the bill today.nnThey also informed us that said lab lost one of my husbandu2019s blood samples. They said it was a common occurrence. (Alarming to say the least that they then continue cooperating with this lab)nnIu2019ve literally gotten more heartfelt apologies from a barista who messed up my coffee order than from all the staff combined. And Iu2019ve talked to their staff, their manager and their regional manager. I am appalled at the lack of accountability. And how much I am having to chase after them to remedy this situation is incredible.nnAdditionally, the day we were there; the office woman was yelling across the office asking us questions that had already been answered on the paperwork she gave us. And my husband did not feel confident at all with experience of person drawing his blood, they were shaky and inept.nnAn edit to this review - They refused to transfer the paperwork or refund the charges. The regional manager did ask for the bills I was sent and said that I shouldn't have been billed. He would take care of it personally, but have yet to hear anything about the outcome of that.nnTop to bottom, horrible experience.

Excellent facility incredible staff and great location. Fortunately it was not that busy and they made me feel like family and explained in detail my cure that I would be receiving.nAfter feeling recovered and they feel comfortable to release me I was given complete detailed instructions of follow-up care. That in itself was worth a great deal to a patient.nI cannot see enough about the staff and the facility they were incredible and would return whenever needed.
