The medical professionals were very friendly, however, I did have to go somewhere else for my illness after seeing them. I was not given any advice as to what to take medicine wise after I was given bad advice over what not to take...and I got severely worse overnight. So I went to Amazon Health instead and got great advice and medicine to help me. And I feel much better 24 hours later. I left this place $40 less dollars and a good-luck. If you see patients with a severe cold or virus, at least them a protocol to help them, not good-luck.

The staff was amazing and the the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care. They went above and beyond for me and I really appreciated that as I can be a little bit much for some things that I needed but they accommodate me and made it very god experience.Thank you again for the wonderful care as that is rare these days.Keep up the great work. Came in with our toddler that has been fevering for 4 days. The lobby was empty so we were hopeful that we'd get accepted quickly but then we were told that their lunch is at 12:30 and they are all leaving and we will be considered a walk in after 1:30 when they return. What kind of joke is this? Ever heard of shifts? For a place that's urgent care you guys are an embarrassment. To everyone reading this make sure you guys come in way before 12:30 or after 1:30. Keep your emergencies planned for those times only because the staff has a pizza party that they all have to be at together...

I had cut my finger very badly and had to rush to Legacy gohealth Urgent Care in Gresham and it looked like there was one person in front of me but was still taken right back and tended to very quickly. I had stitches in my finger and was ready in less than an hour! Everyone was very pleasant and overall I was very pleased
