Iu2019m a full time RV person and when you travel it is hard to find good doctors. The people at clinic went beyond to help me when I got sick. The doctor did not rush took time to talk and get me well.My neighbor told me about them. You will not be disappointed.

Even 1 star is generous & Mr Patel earned that because some of his advice has been helpful. No treatment was conducted.I visited once. It won't happen again. The invoice for the advice was laughable. A child could have done better. I saw Mr Patel for about 10 minutes, but it was claimed to be over 1 hour! There were 7 line items with zero description, each charging 1 penny!Although I don't care about 7 cents, I asked the billing department what they were for? Blood work, even though no blood sample was taken...I paid in full to get rid of them. The total was excessive for 10 minutes of advice, but does anyone need that nonsense in their lives. I found a Dr in Florence...

I specifically told the doctor that I had to return to work on a specific date , that I had to fill out some paperwork in order to return to work . That required no blood work to be done be he insisted on getting blood drawn. He has since then booked me three appointments just to get those paperwork filled out which are unnecessary appointments and a waste of time because each appointment is the same thing and he gets nothing resolved. The day Iu2019m supposed to go back to work thatu2019s the day he booked me an appointment. Great he doesnu2019t even listen to anything that I have said . Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

So happy I stayed!!!!!After my first two visits a few years ago, I was tempted to leave and go to another practice. BUT I decided to express my concerns and I was listened to and my concerns were promptly addressed.Most importantly, Chetan Patel, FNP has become so caring and personable. He takes his time, is thorough and plans ahead for my care. I really appreciate that.I have some needs in regard to my fibromyalgia when I visit and the nurses and medical assistants are always ready to accommodate me when I arrive. Everyone is so pleasant and I am in good hands!!!
