I am very concerned about the qualifications of the medical staff at this clinic. You could be coughing, wheezing, and have nasal discharge, and yet they say you look fine and don't need any special treatmentu2014just drink more fluids. The management should hire qualified medical professionals, not just people who perform check-ups and notice nothing. It's a terrible impression, as if there is no medical care at all.

I regret not waiting until I traveled back home to Springfield to pursue medical care. Instead, last week I came in to request a simple chest x-ray. The conversation I had with the stout woman working at the billing desk was unbelievably unprofessional and bizarre. She's obviously a very unintelligent and smug woman who should not be working with the public. I'm not surprised others have been leaving one star reviews--this location deserves zero.

Be very careful going to this center. They will tell you you're insurance is accepted their just too call you back a couple weeks later and tell you your insurance isn't accepted and bill you the full cost for it.nPeople pay $400 a month for insurance for a reason. A medical center should be able to accurately tell you if your health insurance is accepted there before taking you in as a customer

This is from one of the Dr. offices at Stoneman.NOT urgent care. Been going there for over 20yrs. Time to move.nCanu2019t seem to get my scripts renewed in a timely fashion. My chart says 48 hours. 1 week later I asked again. 4 business days later, again! Not the first time this has happened. They are over worked and under staffed. WOW!nnMichael K. Lauf, the President and CEO of Cape Cod Healthcare, earned $1,695,289 in compensation, according to ProPublica.nnYou need staffing!!!
