Absolutely amazing. From the time we walked in to the time we left. We came in 30 min before they closed for an elbow injury. In a time they should have been wrapping up to head home, they showed compassion and patience. The staff were fantastic and communicated with my little one giving her a sense of independence. If needed in the future, they are the 1st place Iu2019ll be going too!

I would not recommend this facility based on the lack of communication, professionalism, and overall service. We waited more than 1.5 hours before seeing the physician assistant. The front office attendant put us in a room after calling us in to be seen and the nurse told us she had no idea why we were called back. Communication was extremely poor. There was no doctor on call servicing patients. We were seen for five minutes, then rushed out of the room before we finished discussing my childu2019s symptoms. Shameful, this facility should not service children.

My daughter was not feeling good so much. She has had a a high fever, a sore throat, a phlegm and a cough for 5 days. Additionally, she couldnu2019t eat any of food well. So I needed to go to the PM Pediatric urgent care. There is are so nice. And I waited for not too long. After 15 minutes, I met the doctor and then I take a prescription of medicine for my daughter. PM Pediatric Urgent care is very good.

Everyone is so pleasant. No wait. I love you can reserve a time on line! Efficient, professional, caring. My daughter is disabled and the dr and nurse took time to explain everything to her directly instead of just talking to me. This should be the norm, it isn't always, so it deserves a shout out!!!
