The service levels have changed since Dr. Arnecke retired. While I had a very good experience with NP Lisa Sanders; I find the customer service lacks in follow-up on patient requests & issues. I attempted to resolve an Rx refill issue between Evernorth (Scottsdale Norte Health Center) and the pharmacy for 3 business days with no follow-up or resolution. The pharmacy faxed the request twice and when I called (twice) - Evernorth claims they haven't received the fax, however the nurse will call me when it arrives. No one from Evernorth followed up with me - saying they did/did not receive the fax, what they did to resolve the situation, etc. Today is the fourth business day and this issue is not resolved. The lack of patient focus, follow-up and responsiveness is very frustrating.nnAlthough, I really donu2019t want to change healthcare providers - this situation is causing me to reconsider my options. Having been in healthcare my entire career, I value the importance of patient care and responsiveness. Disappointed Iu2019m not seeing this with Evernorth.nnUPDATE: The clinical nurse supervisor reached out to me within 24 hours, reviewed the concerns, called and informed me the issue was resolved. I am pleased with the focus, follow-up and resolution.

DR ARNECKE is a wonderful PCP..nI have been a patient of hers for more than 8 years. I am very grateful to Dr Arnecke for discovering in 2016, that I have Multiple Myeloma, cancer of the blood and bone marrow. Dr Arnecke and her staff are very thorough and helpful. She always has time for questions and concerns. She is proactive in her patient's health care. Dr. Arnecke has an extensive background in many, many different aspects of medicine. She is very awesome and an outstanding medical professional!! NO need to say more!!
