got tested 2 weeks ago with a sibling. have yet to receive my results when my sibling go theirs in 4 days. contact number is no help, just says to text a number with no reply. multiple emails have been sent at different times without a reply yet. ... probably lost my testnnalso, test is self administered so i am doubtful if people are doing it correctly and might have a false negative due to prior experience with it done correctly

They came to the factory where I work and tested me and everybody got a text message with their results. Everyone is all negative now because they stopped the outbreak.

Was a bit scared at first getting tested here based on reading the reviews, but gave it a try anyways. Got my test results back in 3 DAYS!!! Customer service was really friendly and informed me they updated their system. Glad they're doing better now. Definitely will come back here to get retested!

During a time when we have to wait longer for everything, U.S. Health Fairs' testing is SUCH a breeze! Just make your appointment online. On the day of your appointment, you drive up to the window, get your test, park, and swab. Then you put your sample in the bag, seal it with the enclosed sticker, and drop it off in the drop-box. You get your results TWO (2) DAYS later! You can check them online or wait for the e-mail. Easy peasy. Also, the swabbing doesn't require you to stab your brain via your nostrils, the way I've heard some other Covid-19 tests do.nnI've been going every two weeks because I visit elderly relatives, and I don't want to expose them to the virus (The elderly may only constitute 12% of the patients with the virus, but elderly patients make up 80% of the deaths from the virus. We have to take care of our older populations!). It's been so easy with US Health Fairs. Also, Dr. Babaie is SO GREAT about answering your questions. Even when I tested negative, I still had a bunch of questions, and she was super patient and thorough about answering them all. The convenience factor would already get 5 stars, but the extra level of service on top of that earns another 5 stars just by itself.

When I made the appointment, they told me it would take 3 to 4 days for the test results to be available. I actually got my results in 2 days! On top of that, the staff was so friendly and helpful, it made the whole thing a very pleasant experience. I definitely recommend this place.
