I experienced the worst patient care here. This health care company is nothing but money hungry and not understanding. Even with having insurance, they coded my visit incorrectly and sent me a ridiculous bill. I did not go in for any prescriptions or any illnesss, I called specifically to schedule a physical and I was not provided with that. So be aware if your doctor asks you if you have anything that youu2019d like to talk about while youu2019re there be aware that they are coding that to bill you. So Iu2019m pretty much being charged for talking to Mary Cathrine and the whole clinical team who failed me as a patient. I was not provided with a physical just a bill for talking about my health. Make sure you know your medical terms because they will use anything against you to bill you incorrectly. Worst customer service with no desire to help you or understand that there was a misunderstanding with THEIR staff on the service I needed. Donu2019t use them.

The WORST urgent care I've ever went to in my life. Didn't even make it to see the doctor after the rude nurse who was complaining about working a solo shift. I was told they can't do anything for me here Because this is urgent care. Only thing they can do a chest x rat and that's it.. SCAM CLINIC. Take your money elsewhere.

Upon arrival the receptionist was very friendly and polite. Dr. William Rowland listened to my concerns which ensured me he cared about my health. Iu2019m thankful that I went because now Iu2019m currently taking my medication and feeling much better.

Scheduling online is so easy and then as it gets closer to your appt they text to let you know if they are running behind so you are not just sitting there in the waiting room. ALWAYS so helpful and thorough. Highly recommend!!
