I don't visit doctors very often, I just feel anxious. But I cut my finger doing brakes and needed to address it. I walked in and was immediately brought in back and was checked by the nurse or assistant, I'm not sure if her title. She was nice, asked questions and inquired on what & how it happened. After she was done with her part the doctor/nurse, I didn't ask her title, came in within 2 minutes. She examined my finger and told me the options I had. I told her whatever she thought was best is what I was going to have done. She made sure it was thoroughly cleaned and numed the finger. She did a good and quick stitch job and was pleasant to talk with. None of the women were rude or unprofessional. From the front desk to the exam room, everyone was great to meet and talk with. I can say that I hope I never see them again, at least under the same circumstances. I highly recommend this clinic if you are sick or injured

I came in this morning (5/14/25) and it says 7:30 open on the door, I try to get in, itu2019s locked. Then I watched another man try to open the door. As I sat and waited because I assumed the opener just forgot to unlock the door or was running a little late I noticed on the opposite window itu2019s the same hours sticker however every day says 8:30 instead of 7:30. Then an employee parks next to me so I wanted to let her know that thereu2019s clearly a lot of room for confusion so I rolled down my window, she was NOT HAPPY with me. She screamed at me u201cWEu2019RE CLOSEDu201d before even hearing what I had to say. I responded again kindly and calmly u201coh I know - and I donu2019t mind waiting I just wanted to let you know the signs are different and I watched another patient leave due to the misinformation on the front dooru201d, and she AGAIN yelled IM NOT THE MANAGER and continued to be extremely rude. I responded calm and collectively I hope your day gets better to which she screamed back I DO TOO.nnShe was wearing black scrubs and drove a darker colored suv like the size of a jeep Cherokee I believe and had dark brown black hair.nnI work in healthcare too and no matter how my morning is Iu2019ve never spoken to a patient that way, let alone someone who was being kind.nnI really hope you take this review to heart because I was so very disappointed with my visit. After our encounter I left and went to another urgent care and walked in, the front desk sir told me u201cthe provider doesnu2019t get here until 10, feel free to sign the paper work now if you want thoughu201d, I waited in my car without filling anything out after realizing I got there before open. At 10:05 as I was scrolling on my phone he CAME OUT and waved me inside. Now thatu2019s customer service to the extreme, which I donu2019t even expect- but to be treated so disrespectfully for trying to get medical treatment is simply insane

Anna and Mirna were great, super polite got me and my youngest in right away. Treated him and tested him right away on site results. Great with kids definitely recommend coming here only place I trust with my kids beside their pcp

Honestly I would leave a great review if the HVAC system in this place wasnu2019t so horrible. I was literally sweating after 30 seconds in the room where I was seen. The doctors here canu2019t even control the temperature. Management seriously needs to reconsider this policy and the thermostat placement. I truly believe it will turn loyal customers away. Horrible.
