I made my appointment online same day and as soon as I got there, they passed me to the room. It took a little bit long because it was my son and me, but other than that, it was fast services were really good. The nurses and the doctor was very Respectful and nice. Even the guy in the back. He was really nice. Thank you.

Wait times are absurd! 5 to 6 hours before vitals. They don't update you. If you make an appointment, it's useless. There's tons of people working there and patients are barely called back. Maybe 1 an hour? Improve your services because I'm definitely not going back. I left after 3 hours because the doctor left, was going to be back after 30 minutes and still had a family in front of me.

No stars. This place deserves no stars. So I've been to this location twice or maybe even 3 times. This will be my last time ever coming here. I do not remember the first time but the second time I came for my daughter. We made an appointment and still waited over 2 hours. We were here for about 4 plus hours. By the time we were done they were closing and I couldn't even get my daughters prescription filled because the pharmacies were closed. We waited so long to see a Dr but he literally spoke and saw us for roughly 5 mins. Now I am back today and made an appointment at 9:50, it is currently 1:11 and i still haven't been seen by a doctor. They told me i could wait in my car and they would call me but the Receptionist did not confirm they had the correct number on file, so they kept calling the wrong number. Now I absolutely understand if they are short staffed but that's something they should let patients know. I am unsure if this is the case or not. If so I wouldve just drove 45 mins to an hour to go to the VA hospital in loma linda to be seen. Or went to the ER in apple valley.

The staff did their job including the front desk and MAu2019s. They had us in a room within an hour however doctor was unprofessional by making us wait over 2.5 hours just to see her. And the doctor diagnosed my family with different symptoms as allergies. Ridiculous. No tests were ran. Barely any examination was made. While waiting I had asked where is the doctor since my toddler was getting impatient, crying and the staff practically said they didnu2019t know. I used to work at a doctors office and I know an incompetent doctor when I see one.

When I arrived for my scheduled appointment the front office lady was leaving. I told her I had an appointment and nobody told me the office was closing early. She stated, the provider had an emergency. I asked her, did you call your patients to inform them you are closing for the day. She said no and continued to pick up purse, walked out the door, and locked the door! I told her that is very unprofessional!
