I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was seen, even with a full waiting room. The nurse practitioner who took care of me was super thorough and really listened to me. I felt like I was in good hands and respected. I highly recommend them!

Honestly I wouldn't have anything bad to say about this place if they had not given my child the wrong dosage of medication. I never thought that questioning a nurse about the medication they administered would be met with them stepping away and returning to say We called poison control..Other than that, the facility was nice. Staff was friendly. Checking in was easy and triage flowed quicklyThe wait did feel long considering I didn't see anyone else around but the building might be laid out that way purposefully. After telling me that my child was given an overdosage (because of a different mistake during the intake process), I still had to wait almost another 30 minutes to see the NP.I definitely lost a lot of trust with healthcare providers after this experience. I spoke to Patient Relations and Mr. Jones made me feel like my concerns were heard. Then the followup call from someone at Smith Northview (I can't recall his name) made me lose that faith. It felt more like he was ticking off the boxes of what he had to do than actually addressing my issue. I'll never know what happened but I'm hoping no one else has to have that sort of fear. My family was lucky/blessed that it wasn't a worse outcome because it's the kind of mistake that people can die fromAnyway......... this is still a good facility compared to waiting at the Main building. Just advocate for yourself and your little ones when something doesn't seem right. Despite being the professionals with literal systems in place that should catch these things, they'll still look at your one year old and think yea, they look 125lbs

The xray tech was very polite and kind, but that was about it. The front desk staff were rude and uncaring, and Dr Stout burst in without knocking, and seemed annoyed with me for asking too many questions. Definitely was not a good experience overall.

They never answer the phone and staff is incredibly rude and short. I've been a few times and each experience has felt rushed. I was prescribed the wrong thing for my asthma and there was no empathy provided by the nurses. These people are truly sick.

The care was fairly quick and easy. The check in process was quick. My concern is this place is not clean. I used to work on a hospital and EVS was always wiping and sanitizing the rooms and waiting room area. I know for a fact we walked out the exam room and someone was immediately called in the same room. The bathroom in the lobby area was not clean and it smelled horrible. The person checking us in for service was not well-groomed and his scrubs were very dirty. I think they need to be concerned about sanitizing the clinic especially during flu season....
