My daughter has been treating with Valencia pediatrics since she was a baby. The providers are very thorough and caring. They take every little concern very seriously. If I could rate the providers separately, they would receive 5 stars, with no hesitation. The staff though, especially the referral department, do not take their job seriously. After 4 referral corrections towards counseling due to lack of appointment availability, I was told that she did not need a referral in the first place, and that ensuring a clinic can take her in a reasonable amount of time isn't their responsibility. Please note: my daughter has been at the ER twice in the last two weeks for what we can only determine at this point to be anxiety. It's really too bad the staff isn't held to the same standards as their providers. I simply asked them to make a call to the next option before referring her there, to ensure they can take her in a reasonable amount of time to avoid delaying the care she needs. Keep in mind, I did not request this extra step by them until 3 failed referrals later. When I expressed my concerns about her mental health not being taken seriously, the receptionist chose to speak over me and get loud rather than hear what I was saying. I will be filing a complaint with her insurance. This staff should be held accountable, and mental health should be taken seriously!

Valencia Pediatrics is THE BEST office in the High Desert.nOur experience has been so amazing. We appreciate the staff keeping the lobby clean and having a separate room for sick patients waiting to be seen.nMegan Reynolds is very attentive and thorough during our Son's visits.nThank you!

Called 4 times and left 4 voicemails just not to be called back. Happened again 2 weeks before this just to speak to someone about an appointments. Dr is okay but the rest of the office is beyond lazy if they canu2019t even put you on hold. But wanna say it might be because lunch you guys eat lunch all day or something smh. If you have a new born and you want good care that actually contact back I wouldnu2019t go here.

Doctors are great, receptionist are so nice and welcoming. The wait times aren't extremely long and doctors answer all questions and concerns. They actually listen about your child's health.
