Everyone was so kind and attentive. I've had to go to nextcare several times within the last 2 months with respiratory issues, and the physician was so on top of everything; she looked through my chart and saw everything that was done at other locations, and coming up with an alternative to get me feeling better. It was very refreshing to not have to sit there and explain everything from every previous visit, and having her just know from reading my records and willing to help. I loved this location, and would highly recommend it to anyone needing an urgent care visit.

I had made an appointment and filled out all the paperwork prior to the appointment, so the check-in was really easy, and the weight in the lobby wasnu2019t too bad. The nurse that checked, my sonu2018s vitals was amazing. He was really good with my three year-old. The only complaint I have or frustration is that once you get into the room and get your vitals taken the weight is extremely long to see the doctor or the physicians assistant. Once the doctor or PA are in the room, the PA we saw yesterday Abigail. Was extremely great with my three year-old, was very patient, and the diagnosis was quick and effective. The check out was a little bit longer than the check-in, but not too bad. Yes I would recommend this Urgent Care, but only if you make an appointment. I had been there two weeks prior and did not have an appointment, and the lobby was empty: however, the weight was significantly longer, and it was to see my three-year-old, who ended up having an ear infection overall, the facility is clean. The front staff is kind. The nurses and doctors are amazing, itu2019s just the wait time once you get into the room is pretty lengthy and rather frustrating when you have a three-year-old and a one-year-old child

I am grateful to have this clinic so close to my house. The staff are attentive and kind. Even on busier days there's still a sense of urgency to keep patient moving while balancing high quality care. They're great with my young children, too.

NextCare Urgent Care Phoenix had same day appointments available and the doctor too the time to figure out what was wrong. I recently moved here and havenu2019t had a chance to set up medical care. Thank you for helping me start to feel better, and I will definitely return if I have urgent care needs in the future

Amazing Urgent Care. I was hesitant to go to a Next Care Urgent Care after the experience I had at the ones in Flagstaff, AZ. These guys blow them out of the water. The nurses were incredibly friendly, helpful, and on top of their jobs. They were all very attentive and compassionate. The doctor I saw, Paige Thompson, went above and beyond. Not only did she give incredibly thorough and helpful advice on what I was being seen for, she gave additional advice on things I could do to help with the pain I was having in my neck. She truly is amazing at her job. You can tell she genuinely cares about people, and sheu2019s a very skilled and compassionate doctor as well. I highly recommend going here for all of your urgent care needs. We will for sure be going here without fail every time we need an urgent care from now on. Thank you all so so much!!!!
