Waiting here for 2 hours, then gets called in, and waited another hour in the room just for a simple appointment. They think we have nothing else to do? Patients are probably dying at the hospital, that I could be saving right now. Chezzz man! The previous years they were faster and more on top of things. Idk what happened. The waiting is what kills you. The Doctor was great, friendly, polite, professional, and fast.

Great experienceu2026 Friendly staffs, and experienced MD doctor. No waiting time! They ordered me cbc lab, flu and Covid tests and the results were ready less than 30 mins. They had x-ray equipments as well. Highly recommended. I will definitely go there from now on; not to any other urgent care in Valley.

DON'T RECOMMEND! My husband went yesterday and though he didn't have a long wait, hence the one star, it was the worst urgent care experience! First, I must mention that there needs to be greater professionalism and communication from the physicians to ensure a more positive patient experience.nnSecond, the physician, Dr. Gregory Fehr, smelled like he chain smoked cigarettes before he came in the examination room, he asked why he was there and was very rude when he explained (to him) that a workplace nurse observed an abnormal condition in my ears, he was condescending throughout the entire visit, he gave such a snap diagnosis in a dimly lit room without even performing any testing. And offended me with his questions.nnPerhaps, he really doesn't want to work there or he enjoys stereotyping African-American patients?

Booked appt online. Directions says to check in at front desk. Doors are closed, sign says to call to check in. Called twice and went to voice-mail. Called about 9 more times and the call didn't even initiate. Called a friend and heb to see of it was my signal but those calls went through. It's past my appt time now and I have not been able to reach anyone.

Absolutely loved my experience here. The entire staff was extremely helpful and nice and made my visit feel comfortable. The doctor listened to all of my concerns & questions. The wait time was so short too.
