We didn't have a booked appointment. We walked into the urgent care center. From the start of our experience.It was wonderful and ended the same way. The staff at the front desk, the nurse, and the doctor we're great to deal with, very professional, and took good care of us. Never having been there before, the check in process was not long or difficult but it was thorough.nI would absolutely recommend this medical provider. We are lucky to have them in our northridge neighborhood.

Was seen really quickly and nurse helping me was very helpful and informative. I got my blood drawn and he did it quickly and easily. Would love to come back !!! Provider Mirakyan was also very helpful and informative. Front desk was very patient and kind. Manager was also extremely kind and helpful. I LOVE VALLEY URGENT CARE :)

I was impressed with several aspects of my experience at Valley Urgent Care. The facility itself was very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff members I interacted with were polite, efficient, and seemed knowledgeable about their roles. The overall process was surprisingly fast, which I greatly appreciated. However, there was one aspect of the visit that concerned me. During my examination, the physician did not check my lungs. This omission was notable given my low oxygen saturation levels. While I appreciate the efficiency of the visit, a thorough examination is always crucial for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

I felt like I was in my own doctoru2019s office at Valley Urgent Care. It was clean orderly and efficient. I was able to make an appointment, which kept me from being in a waiting room with lots of other sick people. My nurse was kind and concerned and kept me apprised of what was going on. The Doctor listened to my concerns and provided the correct course of action to resolve my health issue. I am so grateful they are nearby. My health issue is on its way to becoming 100% resolved due to their actions and advice.
