Hands down the rudest receptionist. Came in for urgent care since it's listed online as urgent care and an urgent care sign is posted twice on their doors. Lady responded to me without looking up as if I was bothering her and said we aren't an urgent care. Didn't offer where to go like a normal, courteous person would. I did them a favor and threw their signs in the trash so nobody else has to encounter her unprofessionalism.

I have been going to Lisa since She and Valley View took the office over. Sraff have ALWAYS been very professional and Nice.nFrom the beginning Lisa has made me feel comfortable and confidant in going forward.nHas a kind ear, willing to listen to all I have to say with a keen sense of humor too.nVERY HAPPY since they all have taken over in the office. Lisa is very professional and caring. She doesn't rush you out the door. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes, if that, to be seen. Yes, usually calls go to voicemail but they get back to me promptly.

Lisa Stanley introduced herself and took my vitals. She and her office are very professional, met me right on time, listened to my concerns and I was out in 20 minutes. I highly recommend her! I have had to wait 2 hours in other offices.

Don't come here. The nurse was very rude. She brought someone in the room while we were still talking about my private health stuff. And I did not consent to that other person coming into the room. The manager never got back in touch with me to try to work it out after I left messages for the manager to call me
