From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.nI want to give a special thanks to Karen and Kennedy for showed true compassion, kindness and great professionalismu2014they went above and beyond to provide excellent care, and made the process smooth and comfortable. First time coming here. Made appointment online. Came early cause was worried about wait time. Being Australian Iu2019m not used to paying for health care. And a past experience in USA with the high cost and no real solution made me nervous to go to doctor. Not here. Staff was so friendly and professional, and while it did cost more than Iu2019m used too. The doctor said if I wasnu2019t feeling improvement in a week to come back free of charge. Which I did. And am now feeling a lot better. In future when I feel sick I will be coming here as the wonderful staff have set my fears of health care in America to rest. Thank you Cleburne clinic.

Jackie was exceptional. Even though she was crazy busy she took the time to help us understand how our new insurance works and was patient and kind. She pointed us in the right direction on how we could set up an appointment giving us a what to expect with the load of sick patients they are working hard to serve. More than appreciate the quality of the administrative staff and follow through at the Cleburne location!

I was there about a week ago and had a great experienceu2026. Everyone was friendly and caring. I was very sick so I donu2019t remember names. I do remember that the entire staff was very professional and efficient. I had the sweetest nurse and She was so gentleu2026 and the Doctor was very knowledgeable and He took The necessary time to explain what I needed, and his bedside manner was very Pleasant. I just wish I could remember their names, but I will say that was one of the best experiences at a doctors office that Iu2019ve hadu2026.
