This clinic is 0 star for me. It's a horrible place to go when you need help. Our appointment was at 10:30am and we barely got checked around 5pm. Not only that but we were very disappointed about the doctor with how he treated us. He was very rude and unprofessional. I felt very sick with my husband according to so many vaccines at one time from another clinic a couple days ago and someone recommended us about this clinic because the price was more affordable. And this doctor told me that I put all the life of the people in there in danger without him knowing if I have the virus or not. I tried to explain him about the other vaccines that I had before but it seems like he didn't want to hear me. On top of that they sent us to get our medicine from a pharmacy that cost double of how much we paid there. So people, I do not recommend this clinic to go to. For me NEVER AGAIN.

I was on the way to the hospital with my husband driving and a car with this companyu2019s logo cut us off multiple times on the airport connector. It was a Toyota Highlander with license plate (804B11). The driver was a lady with a bun. Very shameful, very disgraceful.

I set an appointment and waited hours. My first time they said I could just walked in. I came at 10 am and did not leave until 2:30 pm. It only took 15 minutes and I was out. Now I had to make an appointment for my mri results and I had the appointment at 3. You would think I would be attended sooner but no. Iu2019m here waiting for hours again. Itu2019s so annoying I have other things to do besides this. The doctor is fine but the waiting kills this place.

Agree with Edwin Alfaro DO NOT GO HERE!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, they make you wait for 3+, ive been there twice in 2 years, and both times same NEGATIVE experience. You wait for 3+ hrs to be seen by the Dr. wait for 30min in the room, he walks in and sees you for no more than 30seconds and sends you out to the reception to get charged, is not specific at all in what he is charging you for, or what you could have. VERY IMPERSONAL, does not care for his patients, and everyone in that office is literally related to his nurse turned wife, and probably no one in that entire office has a medical background except for the doctor. I was told what I was going to be tested for just an auto immune disease I went in for bone pain and a cold and red patches on my face. Then at the door I get charged for a visit plus 3 tests, my cold was not even recognized and I had to walk back in and ask if I was being given ANYTHIng for the initial cold I'd gone in for. 3 days later I get called back cause they didn't draw enough blood, I gotta miss work and go AGAIN, give more blood, and they call me in a total of 2 weeks, leave me a voicemail saying everything is fine....I asked what is everything? I was never told what I was being tested for and the doctor said auto immune diseases are VERY hard to diagnose, as if he is setting me up to keep coming back and shelling out money like I poop hundreds everytime i go to the bathroom....nobody knows anything, last two years when i was there for the first time, same horrible experience, plus when I got the call 2yrs ago same 2 weeks after being tested, to tell me everything was FINE, they told me they'd overcharged me $35 and would discount the next visit cause the dr was in california on vacation and he was the one who'd made those agreements with me via text....Obviously now have gone back a second time, they do not have my credit on file, and no one mentioned anything about discounting me anything off this visit due to a credit I was owed from 2 years ago.HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! WORSE DOCTOR IVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!!De acuerdo con Edwin Alfaro, NO VAYA AHI!!!!! Lugar mas HORRIBLE, nada de profesionalismo. Zero servicio al cliente....es la segunda vez que voy en 2 au00f1os y una experiencia horrible cada vez!!! Te hacen esperar 3 o mas horas para ver al Dr y cuando finalmente te llaman adentro, te esperas otro buen rato para que el Dr te vea nada mas por unos 30segundos y ya te manda al mostrador a pagar. El Dr. muy breve y cortante, no le importan sus pacientes, no te escucha. no le importan sus pacientes y ese lugar es todo un desorden porque todos los que trabajan ahi son familiares de su era enfermera ahora esposa. De seguro nadie tiene ningun titulo o educacion medica exepto el Dr.Fui a ver al Dr debido a un resfriado, dolor de cojonturas y manchas en la cara. me vio por 30 segundos me dijo que me hacia 1 examen para checar por enfermedades auto imunodeficientes como reumatoides y artritis, y cuando me mando a la caja me dijeron que me cobraban por 3 examenes mas la visita. Despues de 5 dias me hablan para decirme que no me sacaron sangre suficiente y de nuevo tengo que faltar al trabajo para volver a que me saquen mas, les tardaron casi 2 semanas en llamarme para decirme que todos los resultados salieron negativos y todo esta bien, pero nadie me sabe decir de que me testearon o para que fueron los 3 examenes de sangre que me corrieron.Hace dos au00f1os que fui, me sobrecargaron la visita y les reclame, me dijeron que me los acreditaban la siguiente visita, y ahora que volvi, nadie menciono absolutamente nada del mentado credito.LUGAR MAS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! PEOR DOCTOR QUE HE VISTO EN MI VIDA!!!
