I wish i could give a ranking of 10/10 as the staff here and care are truly phenomenal. If you have ever been to another hospital in a foreign world or even others in the US. Nicklaus childrenu2019s hospital ranks in the top two of the entire US. We traveled here from Puerto Rico and the level of service and care far exceeds anything you would receive there.nnDr Burke and Dr Duarte along with Dr Martinez and the entire cardiology staff and personnel were incredible. We felt like they were part of our family and took care of our son as if he were theirs. Impressed that he was able to have open heart surgery and was finished 48hours later to go home.nnThank you to the entire staff at the hospital!

Doctor George is a remarkable physician! He and his nursing staff were amazing , very attentive and resasurring !From the very beginning in the initial consultation all the way to the follow up was such a great experience for such a hard time in my child's life .nnThey made me and my son feel very assured in regards to the surgery. They were all very professional and friendly. Every detail of the surgery was handled with care I can't recommend them enough! I never experienced such a smooth and comforting hospital stay. I can't express enough how content I am with my son's recovery process and how straight my son's back is !nnDoctor George did such an incredible job ! He also took the time to explain and answer every question. Also the hospital was spotless and smelled good.I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care my son received by Doctor George and his staff not only is he a brilliant doctor but also someone who genuinely cares! If I can make this until a 0 it is something that I would do. I've been coming to this hospital for 15 years. I never felt so disappointed like today. I made an appointment on the phone specifically requesting today. January 14 for an appointment for 4 o'clock. When I arrived at the pediatric center the lady in the desck was a little a distracted I was not acknowledge until after she decided to help a lady who spoke over me who requested to see the family inside? Because the baby that she was holding was crying. I patiently waited until she decided to help her out and finish. I didn't say anything because I would assume that she knew I was standing there because she saw me before she took the time to help somebody else. I would understand that it will pass my grace period time. By the time she comes to attend me, it's already Four thirty. I introduce myself.I say that I had an appointment for four o'clock give the information at this point.There was no other patient but mean to be seen.Next.

I am in a wheelchair and took my daughter to the ER because she was in pain. They ended up admitting her but when I asked for help to get in a bed. I was denied help and stuck in my chair all night with my wounds. Smh no Customer care or service
