First of all if I could rate the provider & assistant, I would rate them from infinity to beyond. I was not just a patient, but a person who was welcomed warmly by the assistant. She interacted with me as she assessed my vital signs & history. She also interacted with me & not as I was another task she was expected to do. The provider was also very warm & welcoming. She also saw me as an individual who collaborated with me in my plan of care. I was part of a team, not just a person being told what to do, & if I didn't agree, I was considered non-compliant. This team is great!! I was treated as an adult not a child being told what to do. This is what's called individual holistic care which means each person is treated individually & not standard practice which means every person is treated the same. I would recommend this facility to everyone & would definitely go back to this facility again. Thank you team. We did a great job!!!

From the welcoming front desk team to the other skilled nurses and the brilliant Dr. Skinner, everyone contributes to making this clinic a standout. Amazing staff and incredibly quick service! They made us feel seen, heard, and well-informed throughout the entire visit. We had an amazing nurse practitioner who took the time to explain everything thoroughly and even customized parts of his care. Any other urgent care likely would have sent us home with him still feeling miserable, but this practiceu2019s first priority was making sure he was comfortable and out of pain. We will definitely be back!

I went in to this place today what I thought was urgent care. It is way more than urgent care. When I went in I was filling awful! My throat was inflamed I could not swallow water! My ears were on fire.nThe staff was amazing. Nurse practitioner is a God sent. She told me youu2019ll feel better when you leave.nShe treated me with care gave me all the medicin right there I did not have to go anywhere!!!nIu2019m beyond impressed by this place. Do not go anywhere else. If you are not feeling well like I did today.nBy the way I went to dr office and they said .. we are too busy! Iu2019m glad they were - I got way better care.nI hope to never be sick but if I am I would want Elena and Kristen were amazing

There is a reason these ratings are unbelievably high, and it is well deserved. As someone who is frequently sick, I have been to lots of urgent care centers around the country. This one was the best. From a quick efficient check in, to comfortable seating in the lobby and patient rooms, the extra mile they go for patient comfort is very apparent and appreciated. Each staff member was friendly, and the NP who saw me was knowledgeable and caring and made me feel confident in the treatment she prescribed. I would definitely recommend this clinic and will be going back to this location for any future needs.
