I went to Chenal Urgent Care when I was visiting family in Little Rock and I am so glad I did. I went in with severe shoulder and neck pain and I left feeling so much better. The staff was so kind and helpful and I cannot say enough good things about them. Nichole, the APRN who helped me was excellent, knowledgeable, and so kind. The trigger point injections she gave me were so helpful that it truly changed the game and let me get ahead of my pain. Thank you so much Nichole. Even 5 months later I still remember how much care and attention you showed. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

January 23rd, 2025, Thursday I went to this Urgent Care due to back and chest pain from a medication that was prescribed by my endocrinologist. I wrote down all the medications that I was taking yet they did not take any of it into an account. They gave me pain medications and two shots and sent me on my way. I felt like they were rushing to get me out of there. Only to find out that the pain medications they gave me made my symptoms worse because I shouldnu2019t been taking those medications with the medication that was prescribed to me. A week later I did my own research and found out that I should not have been taking those medications with the medication that prescribed to me that gave me bad side effects. Wonu2019t be back at this clinic.

Super slow, donu2019t have a sense of organized or time management skills. Waited for 2 hours just to get my nose swab for some Covid/flu test. Come to find out they were slow and down a Dr, idk abt you but thatu2019s something I should have known walking in.

I only came to this location because the one closer to me was closed for the holidays. I only took a urine sample and was explaining to them about my sore throat and headache and swollen lymph nodes. The doctor looked down my throat and u201cassumedu201d I had strep throat. They didnu2019t take any other tests or samples to confirm any diagnoses or rule anything else out. He just prescribed me antibiotics and sent me on my way.nnAlthough the staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival, the doctoru2019s examination and testing was not accurate. Will not be returning to this location. Iu2019ll just wait next time instead of wasting a $50 copay for an inaccurate u201cguessedu201d diagnoses with no concrete evidence to confirm.
