All I have to say is, I am thrilled that Iu2019ve recorded my discussions between the nurses and the receptionist. I hope they can view their footage as well and see why I was neglected and mistreated at this location. Maybe they can understand what was done wrong for the customers sake. Iu2019m looking forward to sending this footage to corporate & the better business bureau. As for the Doctor with the bald head, I hope that one day he can find happiness and joy in his life to not be so dismissive and cruel to people who are looking for care. I was nothing but nice to everyone here obviously I was going through something. I had a family emergency and I havenu2019t been feeling well, but that didnu2019t stop me from treating everyone at this location with respect. I did not deserve this.

I work in healthcare and blessed to say I've never had to go to an urgent care or ER until the other day. The receptionist and MA were friendly. My blood pressure and temp checked. I explained to the PA after waiting for over an hour in the back that I have been running a low grade fever and my PCP was out of town. She suggested an ultrasound is necessary for the body part that was in question but left the room for over 15 minutes just to return and tell me the it will be best for my PCP, who is out if town for 5 days, to request an US referral. I asked why she refused to send the referral, she responded, if I/we request it, then I/we will be responsible to follow up with results. She did not request any blood work to ruke out any type of infection. No antibiotics were prescribed. NOTHING!! She did tell me if my condition worsens, to go to the ER. I was dumbfounded, that these are our trusted health professionals. What a shame! They better not even think about sending me a bill for this visit.

Booked an appointment and all walkins seen before my child...been waiting 45 minutes already after my scheduled time. This place was better as Velocity. We actually came in half an hour early only to be told to come back at scheduled time.

I was very impressed with the care that was provided to my toddler and I during our visit. We had been struggling for upwards of a week with respiratory symptoms and decided to come in because it felt like a little more than the usual viral illnesses that come and go. When we arrived, the communication surrounding check in was a little unclear and could have benefitted from a little more efficiency, but once we got registered we were pulled back almost immediately. The medical assistant that did intake with us was really great. I wish I could remember his name, but he was very pleasant, personable, and understanding --- particularly so with our febrile toddler who was NOT happy to away from the comfort of home. We were seen very quickly by the provider as well (Jenny Lynn Whittington). Not only was she so kind, but she was very effective in completing our assessments, ordering our testing, and prescribing us what we needed so we could be on our way and feeling better soon.

Wait was long, I felt like the PA was trying to push a for a COVID and/or FLU test. When I decided to decline, I was concerned about an ear infection, since all you can do it's treat the symptoms of covid and the flu. Maybe he decided I should just treat since I didn't want her tested (she turned 3 and gets anxious) I felt like he really just didn't care after i declined the testing. He didn't say anything or explained anything. He did assess her and checked her ears (I really hope thy are clear). He said if she has a fever of 100.5 and acts normal don't give her medication. He was there for 3 minutes. I just didn't enjoy this place. I didn't get a sense of trust. Will not be back. The front lady was pleasant. We went to the bathroom, no sink inside to wash your hands (which I get, they might run pee tests) but when we stepped out to the sink there's was a pee sample right there, next to me and my baby as we washed our hands! It wabeled with INITIALS on the lid. I mentioned to staff and the 2 girls seating at the desk said, yeah. Like they new it was right there. No sense of trust at all, rushed evaluation, I don't know, just not feeling this place. If you like quality care and assurance, you might need to go somewhere else.
