Fantastic experience! We were staying at great wolf Lodge, and my 3 year old's ears started hurting at bedtime. I got online and searched/read urgent care reviews, and I knew this was the one. I was able to schedule an appointment for 10:20 the next morning. We were in and out within ten minutes!! Everyone was so kind. The office is very clean and welcoming. Nobody wants to go to urgent care while you're on vacation, but if you have to, go here! Get on and book your appointment ahead of time!

Iu2019m glad I chose this place; the staff was extremely professional and accommodating. Jasmin and Laura Rice demonstrated remarkable professionalism and dedication. Tiffany at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming and patient, a valuable trait in the healthcare industry (I work in hospitality and understand the challenges of dealing with people). I was seen promptly with no long wait, and everything was completed less than an hour. I highly recommend this place for outstanding healthcare service. The company is fortunate to have such excellent employees.

Will never come here again, only came because I had to get a physical for work and the first day the person who needed to do my drug test wasnu2019t here and they gave no notice, the second day I came back and have been waiting for more than 35+ minutes..someone who was check in after me was also seen before me..would give 0 stars if able.

I went in to be seen, the desk receptionist was rude and explained they didnu2019t have a provider in the building?? Iu2019m unsure how itu2019s possible to not have any medical providers in the office AT a medical facility..very confused, but I wonu2019t be going back.

Jess, the provider was excellent. Very thorough and communicated the treatment plan clearly to me. She truly cared and made me feel very much at ease.nThe RN had beautiful effective communication skills and was very efficient. The lovely person at the front desk was excellent and very clear about the process. She updated us regarding delays. A wonderful Urgent Care. Thank you.
