We have been working with Venture Medical and John Pritchard for the past 3 years. They helped us equip our brand new operating room and recovery room. They have continued to provide us with equipment, advice and service since then. They have always provided us with honest and excellent advice. Their prices are extremely competitive. I looked at almost 10 different companies before choosing Venture Medical for our new surgical suite. They had the best combination of pricing, equipment options, equipment knowledge, attentive service and honesty.nnThey are always quick to respond to service calls and make the process of getting equipment repaired easy even though we are in different states. They are extremely competent when it comes to equipment repair. When our local guys couldn't fix our operating room table, John flew in, took care of it in person and made it look easy.nnHaving maintained our own surgical suite for well over 10 years, we've dealt with many people. We now trust Venture Medical to take care of all of our equipment needs and to help us solve any equipment problems. Our company, After Hours Pediatrics Urgent Care in Tampa Fl., has been doing business with Venture Medical since 2002. They have repaired my equipment in a timely manner. They are always very competitive on pricing for new equipment. They also have a great selection of in-house refurbished equipment. We have purchased many of their refurbished items and the equipment comes to our site like it was new from the factory. They have a great group of people that take the time to do things right. I have no desire to search for another Biomed company and would HIGHLY recommend giving Venture Medical a shot at earning your business as they did me. Thank You Venture Medical for 14 great years!!

John and Venture Medical equipped our entire one OR surgical center about 8 years ago. They provided us with all the equipment we needed and at excellent prices. Everything continues to work well. They are highly knowledgeable about medical equipment in general and have always been able to answer our questions and provide technical assistance. Sometimes, we'll send equipment to them to fix and other times, they will speak with our local guys to help them fix our larger equipment, like our OR table. They have always been able to deal with our equipment issues.nFinancially, they are beyond fair and reasonable. Their prices are very competitive and they don't nickel and dime you over every little thing. In fact, they are quite generous in NOT charging for small things. Overall, they have been an excellent resource for us and we will continue to work with them for as long as we need medical equipment. Highly highly recommend them!
