Lindsey- Medical assistant was very rude with attitude and does not know how to speak to a patient. I am been patient with lexington facility for 4 years. They denied to see me due to past bill 4 years ago which was denied by insurance. I was ready to pay regular bill which is $125 per visit but they asked me to pay > $ 260 before I can be seen by Dr. Their billing department was not available, manager was not available. Dr. Clark who has seen my family for last 2 years denied to talk to me which was very unprofessional. I told that that I am ready to pay but they refused to see me. I have called other location to talk to Dr. Hatemi but he was not available to talk also. This guy's do not care for their patient.nnReply to your Response:n1st of all inclusive have never got a bill from you guys since 2021 where your staff said that bill was not paid by insurance. So I have no idea about pending bills. I come to your practice 5-10 times a year for my kids and family and all my accounts are clear. I always pay cash $125 per visit via card. So since last 4 years, if I have paid all my bills so why would I refuse to pay pending bill if i would have known ?????n2nd : I even offered to pay pending bill from 2021 which would be $125 to clear account but your staff wanted $260 for services which is ethically not right and not professional way to charge high because you guys bill to insurance insane amount which actually you charge self pay for $125 and expect me to pay.nI asked to clarify with your billing department which was closed and your manager was not available to talk. So far, you guys have not even gave me detailed bill for services occurred to even verify.nI requested to talk to Dr. Clark who was available at facility but he denied to even talk to me about why they will not see me yesterday. He even did not have courtesy or courage to face me.nYou guys have split personality, when patient comes to you, you act like a really nice guy, caring and supportive but your actual personality comes out how you act on situation like this. I told your office staff that I am ready to pay services for today also in advance like I always do and I will talk to your billing department next day when it opened to resolve previous bill which i never received via mail.nDR. HATEMI : I expected better response from you as me and my family seeing you frequently for last 5 years and thought I was part of veritas family and I had even recommended all of my friends to you guys but you have disappointed me after your reply. I have called your west columbia clinic last night also to talk to you and your staff said that you will call me back which I am still waiting but you decided to come to results without getting to know other side. With this kind of decision, you will go long way. Good luck to you and your practice.

Very bad experience. The doctor had a very bad attitude. He told me not to ask any more questions and didn't make anything clear. They didn't even do any tests on me. I don't recommend this clinic. I think patients should be treated better. When they are upset, it's better to stay home.

Let me just start off and say the staff is incredible. They listen, they are compassionate, and very professional. And Dr. Clarke? Amazing. Just wonderful. He is great with my kids! Heu2019s just hands down a great doctor. I would recommend this place times 10. And Dr. Clarke, if you see this, Gabriel says u201cYouu2019re the best doctor ever!u201d

Great staff! I would just like to suggest that a professional business like u201cFishy Businessu201d come and clean the fish tank. Itu2019s been going downhill for years. Water stinks and is very dirty. Used to have a lot of fish now only have 3 so sad.
