I came here a few years ago for some heart stents and a heart attack. All was successful.nnStaff was a little edgy back then. But nowu2026nEvery member of the staff had an upbeat attitude, a great bedside manner and weu2019re eager to help patients.nSpecial thanks to CYNDI, KONNOR, CATRINA, TAISHA, and all the rest on floor number four. You were wonderful.

Good Experience: After reading so many negative reviews, I was hesitant to use UF Health Hospital near Spanish Springs. However, my neighbor mentioned she had heard things had improved, so we decided to give it a chance. We had an ambulance take a friend there, and she received excellent care. Since it was the end of snowbird season (4/27/25), the hospital wasnu2019t as busy as I had expected. She was given a room right away, and blood tests were done immediately. X-rays and a CT scan were completed within an hour. Most of the results came back quickly, with the exception of the CT scan, which was delayed while waiting for the radiologist to review it.nnThe staff was kind and professional, and the nurse was especially caring. My only complaint is that I wasnu2019t allowed to see my friend for about 20 minutes. Friends and family arenu2019t permitted to be with the patient until they are fully checked in and all information is gathered, which my friend later explained is due to limited space in the emergency room. If that's the case, I believe they should consider redesigning the ambulance entrance area to better accommodate visitors/family.nnOverall, I would recommend this hospital. Things have definitely improved!

Hospital stay for my son. Nurses very good and communication was great. Emergency room prior to hospitalization was a nightmare. Arrived shortly after 5am. Checked in immediately, no delays. ER nurse took vitals and noted reason for coming. Then we never saw anyone for two hours and only after asking for help. Inexcusable in my opinion. ER was not very busy and no explanation for delay.

If treatment for a patient is beyond their capacity(itu2019s really if they donu2019t have insurance ) they will beg next of kin to let them go. Every single day until u give in these are not doctors they are reapers in lab coats itu2019s sickening my mom was very sick donu2019t get me wrong but these drs and nurses treated her as if she were dead from day one. They will withhold treatment and scans in the name of savings a buck they care most about their royal society members than anything they come first. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone for any reason. if u are dying PLEASE go some place else for your own benefitu2026..especially if I donu2019t have insurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!nP.s. if u didnu2019t catch my drift in the first statement the drs and nurses the whole entire staff in general have horrible bed side manor and they will beg u too let a person go if they are dying and they believe itu2019s not worth it too save the person please do not go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
