I cannot thank the doctor at this medical facility enough for the exceptional care he provided to my son. Our 5-year-old son had an accident at school and needed immediate medical attention. The doctor who treated us was absolutely fantastic! He was gentle and patient with our son and took extra care to make him feel at ease. I could tell he was experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. Wow! The doc was amazing. My son had an allergic reaction (non-life threatening) to who knows what and we were back in a room seeing the doctor in minutes. The doctor was kind and made my son feel very comfortable. From a Birmingham, Alabama mom- Calabasas- you are lucky to have this type of care.

Thereu2019s no good enough words to convey how amazing Dr Plasencia (and his nurse) are. I have seen a fair amount of doctors in my life despite my young age, and I can honestly say I have never met one like this. I have never met a doctor that cares this much. I was extremely worried and anxious about a few health issues. Dr Plasencia took the time to listen to me and went above and beyond to reassure me in a way that I wasnu2019t even hoping for anymore. I canu2019t say enough about this urgent care, the service, the Dr and Nurse. Dr P. Is AWESOME!! Heu2019s super nice, very patient, very professional and has an excellent u201cbedsideu201d manner. I have had to go a few times now and each time has been a perfect experience. I donu2019t feel like a cog on a conveyer belt like at other urgent cares. Youu2019re always treated with care. The facility is VERY clean, thereu2019s minimal waiting times. I can go on and on. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place!!!
