Always a good experience. The doc is a straight talker, no nonsense guy with a great demeanor who takes time to answer questions with no condescension. Front desk could do with a bit of patient service brush up (not particularly warm and fuzzy) but maybe it was just a bad day.

This was my first time to ever use an urgent care, however the process was very smooth and easy thanks to Sabrina working with my insurance to get the necessary information since I hadn't received my insurance card. The staff members were very pleasant and helpful. The waiting area and restroom were very clean. The wait time was less than 30 minutes, most likely because I had to complete medical paperwork. The nurse was very sweet and the doctor, too. Hopefully, I start feeling better soon. If not, then I will return after I allow enough time for the medication to work. I would definitely return here to Kingwood Urgent Care if I needed medical care again and wasn't able to be seen by my own PCP.

This is a very good urgent care clinic. Iu2019ve had to use the clinic several times and never have to wait longer than 15 minutes. The staff is very efficient and nice. The nurses are helpful and well trained. Now, Iu2019ve seen the same doctor with each visit. I really like him. He explains my problems and goes a step farther by suggesting how to take care of myself. I really appreciate his feedback and his advice. Thank you.

They got me right in, with barely any wait time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. With the med's they prescribed I'm hoping to be better in a week or so. This is NOT my first visit there, I ALWAYS go there when I have any medical issue. I think they are the BEST around Kingwood.
