I absolutely love Dr Amoah! Heu2019s an amazing internal medicine doctor who does care about his patients and his personality is warm and compassionate, heu2019s originally from Ghana and he has no doubt worked so hard in the US to be where he is today. I like how thorough he is with medical care and physicals. I told him I probably need more Iron & he immediately told me he could send me for infusions (which I have had before). So he was on point with that assessment with no prior info & now I feel great that I found him on ZOCDOC & chose him & his practice.nYes heu2019s affiliated with INova and sometimes I think because how healthcare is going right now weu2019ve lost faith in that institution. But heu2019s his own person and he practices medicine very well!nOur first visit was migraine help and OMG I was at a level 10, for days. Iu2019m currently feeling much better and he addressed my concerns and symptoms; 5-Stars for his wonderful care and support. Office staff is AMAZING & so sweet!nItu2019s hard to imagine in this day & age to find a primary care physician who is willing to actually HELP! He is, I hope to continue to keep him on my medical team.nHis physical was comprehensive and I was surprised by some of the things he checked out vs. native practitioners of the US. He has brought some of his own learning of medical science from his experience overseas Iu2019m sure and has kept that u201cthorough mindsetu201d & knowledge of care. PS he never seems to be in a hurry.nI love his care and I am 100% confident in his skills! Great Internist! I am complex and I am thankful for his kindness and understanding.
