The appointment was worth the wait. I was there to see Andrea Davila and I was impressed by her personable character and attentiveness in listening to my health concerns. Not only did she go above and beyond to add an additional blood test so I could avoid getting tested twice, she booked a dermatology appointment on my behalf and sent a prescription so I could find some relief during the waiting period until I had my next appointment. If we had more caring doctors that were this proactive and sharp weu2019d have a much better healthcare experience. 10/10

The doctors are fine, the billing now managed by Optum will give you a heart attack, as it is relentless (texts, Emails, Mail) and constantly inaccurate. I'm sorry to post this review, as I had been a patient there for a decade. Not any more. Stay away!

The worst care I've ever had since they switched from Atlantic Health. You can never talk to your Dr. You have to go through a answering service cannot call the office direct.

I wouldnu2019t recommend. The doctor I saw was okay as far as bedside manner but the staff I dealt with to get to the doctor were rude and unprofessional. You have to call maybe five times to get an answer At the West Orange office and when you do get a person on the phone, they are annoyed that they have to help you. I am having the hardest time receiving a simple explanation. I call billing, they tell me to call the doctors office. I call the doctors office, they tell me to call billing. Itu2019s like a circular motion. I would Recommend taking your health and business elsewhere.
