I had been sick for quite a while and decided I needed urgent care. I went to Vista Care and had an excellent experience. The staff was amazing and I was seen promptly from reception to triage to the nurse. I had two different infections and the nurse was able to send in one antibiotic for both. I have decided that I will go here and see Dr. Sewell as my PCP.

Most incompetent staff Iu2019ve dealt with so far. The receptionist at front desk are very incompetent and their system is old with no information. Twice theyu2019ve forgot to give me my work status letter for workmanu2019s comp. Last time they called me and wanted me to drive back a hour and a hour home (2hr) after they forgot to give it to me. Asked to send through email and said they couldnu2019t. I would have to drive back or they could send by mail. Had to drive back because had to provide proof that o was still unable to work to Workmans comp and the company.

I love this office and the staff. They offer curbside service which I have used in order to been seen quickly. It took about 30 min and I never left my car. I got to see my Family Practician, Bailey and it was wonderful.

Vista Complete Care and Dr. Sewell and Dr. Marler have cared for my husband and me for years. I am so grateful for their brilliant Curbside Care with no appointment needed. I can be in the office without being infected by a person who is sick. I also can get immediate care without infecting anyone when Iu2019m sick.

Our whole family has gone to Vista Complete Care for the last 10 years and weu2019ve been overall very happy. There was a time where the office staff wasnu2019t great but it seems to be better run these days and I feel like they give good care and do good follow up. Iu2019ve particularly liked the PA Josh who Iu2019ve seen a couple of times for back issues and a bad finger infection I had. Thanks Vista.
