Katie Wolf is always so pleasant and easy to work with. She is very concerned about my medical needs and addresses them promptly. The receptionists were also very quick in processing me upon arrival and also to schedule my lab work. It took a bit of time for lab tech to come to get me and she had to be followed up by the receptionist before she called me. That was the only minor irritant.

One Medical used to be amazing. I always felt the advocated for my health, and helped navigate the best options with costs in mind.However, I recently got a request to come in for a visit in order to renew a prescription. Unbeknownst to me, they were going to charge my insurance $550 (which was u201cdiscountedu201d to $370), and I saw a nurse not a doctor. I could have had this renewed during a physical that would have been covered as preventative care. Or I could have gone to my previous doctor who didnu2019t even take insurance and charged less than 50% that amount and was a specialist.Long story short, I wonu2019t be continuing my health care with one medical. They used to be awesome.
