My two sons have been with this office since birth, seeing Dr. Levin and sometimes for sick visits Dr. Edge. The office came recommended by my OBGYN so I knew I could trust their care. We have had great care and attention in the past almost three years. We were one of their first patients so weu2019ve seen them expand their practice and grow in that time. Dr. Levin and the nurses go the extra mile to make sure my sons are in great care. Love and trust them!!

We have been very pleased with our experience with Dr. Edge and the entire team at Preston Hollow Pediatrics. Caring & attentive. We trust them with the care of our daughter and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

It is clear to me after working with this office that they care more about their internal processes being correct and their performance not questioned or impugned than they do for the care of their patients.Itu2019s such a shame, Dr. Edge is lovely and capable, and is so knowledgeable and supportive about a wide range of pediatric categories u2014 we have spoken to her about medical, behavioral, and neurological questions and she is patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in her medical guidance and advice u2014 and she is always willing to do further research to support her patients. We love Dr. Edge!Unfortunately the front desk staff leaves much to be desired. They bungle even the most basic tasks such as changing a pharmacy on file and successfully sending in a prescription, and then they gaslight the patientu2019s mother by telling them the prescription has been at the pharmacy all along (it hasnu2019t, as confirmed by multiple calls to multiple pharmacies). They also pepper their conversation with little passive aggressive criticisms of the person on the other end of the line, and they are completely fixated on proving that they didnu2019t do anything wrong and absolving themselves of responsibility rather than actually solving the problem at hand. I can certainly do without being treated like a naughty schoolchild when I am simply calling to try and figure out why my daughter canu2019t get her prescription over 24 hours after our visit. We will unfortunately be switching to a different practice now that we see the nasty, passive-aggressive undertones present in the practiceu2019s engagement with patients and patientsu2019 caregivers, and their complete lack of problem-solving skills.

We love Dr. Levin. The office staff is great too. I needed a complicated referral for my son in a timely manner and the office manager was very helpful and the communication throughout the process was much appreciated. Would recommend this office to anyone wanting quick responses and great care!

Called to do the meet and greet with this office. Upon my returned call, the lady asked about my insurance and how their process worked, in which I was okay with. She let me know that my insurance was not in network and I politely responded, oh, on their website it shows you are. She immediately assumed it was Medicaid, placed on my hold and the manager of the office rudely picked up the phone and stated, we do not take Medicaid I let her know I pay out of pocket and it was not Medicaid. The least they could have done was show more compassion. Zero stars if I could've. Take your child there if you dare.I get it it's Friday, but damn.
