I have been going with several doctors in LA but none of them gave me more than 5 minutes and never gave me any explanation on my symptoms. It was frustrated when they did not listen and gave prescription, I took their medicine and got worse. Not mentioned that their staffs ( Front Desk) was so rude and arrogant. You felt like talking to a stone wall when dealing with them.nnI had recommendation from my auntie's friend to this clinic, my long drive from LA to OC was rewarded, all clinic members were super friendly and kind. Dr Mai Chinh is very very experienced one, he listened and explained to you what is going on inside your body. He analyze your symptoms to give medicine, not by a book like other doctors I had in LA.nI feel confident and trust in his treatment to me. I will update more about my health condition but the first impression with the service here has given me enough trust to follow on treatment with them.

Dr. Mai's office does simple things like blood tests, urine tests, and vaccinations very quickly. Patients are reminded 2 to 3 times a week via text message to the point of causing trouble. When it's done, the requested important issue, such as a serious illness that needs to be seen by a specialist, takes 3 to 4 months and I have to call the office continuously to remind them, but it still doesn't get done. Doctor Mai, you should spend a little more money to hire a Professional assistant instead of wasting a lot of money to build a big and beautiful office and hire such unqualified and unprofessional staff.
