It's truly a blessing to have had such an amazing experience at FACE Pace urgent care.. The clinicians at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful, considerate, professional and knowledgeable in assisting me with registration.. It was my 1st experience with them and I pray that their success continues to improve especially with the patients that come through that facility.. My PA (Lindsay Dixon) is a true credit to her professional health care career.. My sincere gratitude goes out the entire staff there..

Every member of the staff were professional, caring and friendly. My time was valuable to them. They all worked quickly to get me in and out while providing quality care. Even though I was only there for 30 mins from start to finish, I did not feel rushed. Sage did a thorough examination and listened to my concerns. Great service.

By far the best walk in clinic experience i have ever had. I was in a room within 5 min, provider seen within another 5 minutes and outthe door by 15 minutes. I'm a nurse and try to be patient knowing how overworked most walk ins are. I will never go to another walk in here at least. Good job!

The nurse was nice. The physician that saw me for the good amount of abdominal pain and extreme nausea sent me home telling me to drink ginger tea. Gave me nothing to help with the pain, and barely diagnostics run. On top of that she did not do an auscultation of the heart which I consider standard in a general exam.
