This is in regards to their mental health facility, but they are the most unprofessional mental health facility from my experiences as a former patient and having to deal with them yet again due to a loved one being admitted there.nnI was mistreated and was forced to have a single room with cameras due to me being transgender when I was in there facility. There was another patient in the facility with me that made me feel extremely uncomfortable and his room happened to be next to mine. They refused to move me or him because of the techs table that they sat at was right next to our rooms, but the mental health techs were more focused on their personal owned electronics than paying attention to their patents.nnMy loved one had to be brought into their facility due to their not being any available beds in the Tulsa area. I rode with her while she was being transported to their facility. No one could give me a positive answer to any of my questions and I had to locate a nurse in a med/surg unit to get any questions answered to the best of their knowledge since they are two total different units.nnThere was a mental health tech named William (goes by Billy) when I went back to the lobby to wait for my friend to pick me up.nnI asked William some of my questions that I needed answered and he straight up called me a u201cmental health patientu201d when I told him that I was a patient once myself a few years back to get help with my depression and PTSD. Billy also told me that this place changes people and they will come out worse than they initially came in as, and also made me feel bad for having to get a mental health hold placed on my loved one by asking me if I think this place would really help her, and that thereu2019s really far left sided people in the unit. He also stated that my loved one harmed herself for attention and that sheu2019s going to be like everyone else, by not taking her medication while sheu2019s inpatient and wonu2019t take them after sheu2019s been discharged.nnI was already presenting signs of distress of the situation prior and he would not leave me alone after I told him multiple times to do so.nnI will be getting an attorney involved in this matter and seeing what my options are for a law suite against this hospital.

I don't think that I could ever say enough good things about WCH (was there for a nasty spider bite and extremely high BP). From the time we walked into the ER to the time I was admitted was just a little over an hour. The staff at WCH was great the whole time I was there. Very friendly and always checking in on me. Even the maintenance/cleaning staff was extremely nice.nThe facility is spotless, and it doesn't even smell like most hospitals do.nI live in Muskogee and I wouldn't even dare step foot into our hospital.nI am so thankful for all the staff members at WCH.They are a true blessing.I honestly hated to leave lolnAs a bonus they have good food too with a large menu to choose from :-)

They are rude and hateful. Their beds are uncomfortable and they do not keep you as long as they should. They just Push you out the door before they should have!

Im here with my niece in the detox center. I am pleased the care here is stellar. The nurses were respectful as well as respondent to her care. I would highly recommend them.
