Would give it no stars at this point.Went to this womens clinic for a year for CBC blood test to treat my anemia and when I asked for a hematologist, the doctor refused and said it's the cost that matters and tried to persuade me to not get one. Now I'm a Hemaphobe (fear of blood) and I hate blood test. Eventually the doctor said we'll do a genetic blood test with a CBC. So I said ok went to the lab and they took 4 VIALS of my blood without telling me what they were used for. So I thought it was for the CBC and a genetic blood test.Nope, it was only a CBC not genetic blood test at all. Turns out there was an appointment that was for a genetic questionnaire, which made no sense since I already told them my family medical history, what I've been looking for etc. They also put me down for a pap smear which I didn't consent to. I thought the appointment was for us to go over the lab results.So I called and told them on 4/18/2025 that if I don't get my genetic blood results that day I would call them and terminate my patient care with them, I also had them transfer me to a new PCP who I never met because I couldnt leave it blank with them which pissed me off but whatever.Today (4/21/2025) I called, told them that since I didn't get the results that day, I am going to terminate my patient care with them and that they clearly don't care about my health.Just the memory of the lab people drawing out for vials of blood in my arm is getting me pissed off and angry.I will say though that the Mental Health area is the best though, they are nice and amazing people and my therapist there is amazing. So atleast there is that to look forward to.

I've been going to the comp for over 15 years both clinics and a few ER visits for both myself and my daughter.. overall I haven't really had any issues except for as others have stated as well the rude receptionist. Seriously some people should not answer phones. I see Dottie fale who has been absolutely great thus far always responds quickly to issues I may have. Pediatric clinic saw Dr nesbitt who has also been amazing. The walk in clinic at waianae Mall however is horrid as well as nanakuli clinic their desks staff are generally ignoring patients talking amongst themselves. They left my daughter in a room for over an hour. She went in for fever not feeling well she wound up having COVID she said they treated her like she was a lepar granted no one wants COVID but that's why we're using masks in hospitals

Dr. Scott (don't remember his last name) working on 12/16/24 around 3:30pm in the emergency center was very nonchalant and didn't seem to care about my sons visit nor bothered to even take it seriously. My son has been having severe stomach pain for the past 4 days and this doctor was very unprofessional about it and showed no interest in helping us at all.

I just called Adult Medicine a few minutes ago and a clerk answer the phone without even identify herself. Just inquiring my momu2019s medication list as she recently lost her medical insurance and transition to Kaiser Permanente. She told me that the released of information expired and told me to access the patient portal. Explained her that mom works in Waianae that I am not with her at the moment. She told me she can activate the portal and I can access there.She didnu2019t even listen to me. I get it that the released of info expired but you should at least be nice about it and not hang up the phone with me. Rude attitude!A minute later I called again but a nice clerk answered and I forgot her name but she was nice to help me as I requested to speak to the medical assistant instead.Overall, I am very well satisfied by Dr. Herana care for my mom for the past 9 years as well as her medical assistant Chloe and Cerina. Waianae Comp is very lucky to have you working guys working there and serving the community. A hui hou!

Terrible place as always, these people take forever. Terrible service, long waits and no communication. Comp needs to do better. Not everyone has the time to sit in a doctors office for hours.
