Sat. 12-14-24nStaff tells patients that it will be a two hour wait before they can be seen because there are a lot of patients and the Dr. needs to take a SECOND lunch. Yesterday I went to a sister location that told me weu2019d need to wait 45 mins because the Dr. needed a lunch. Seems to be a theme.nThe front office lady says there is a remote around here somewhere, but they are only allowed to put on cartoons, I went to a sister location on Beach Blvd. yesterday and they did not have cartoons on. BTW there were ZERO children when I asked. It seems in general like they want people to go away because they do not want to be bothered.nHB Beach Blvd is a better location and just a short distance from this location.

Would give 0 stars if i could. I Took my 11month old son here on Saturday for a high fever, eye discharge and cough-with it being RSV season it was out of an abundance of caution- however the provider made very light of the situation, the exam was not thorough, and we left with eye drops for pink eye - my infant is now admitted to CHOC for pneumonia (admitted the same day we saw the provider at this urgent care) please do not take your young children here. (This is the second time u201cOC urgent careu201d has sent my child home then they have been later admitted to the childrenu2019s hospital)

This is my closest urgent care that takes my insurance but I would rather drive 10 miles or so away than go back here. I came here with a persistent cough, expecting there wasnu2019t much to be done about that, but I shouldnu2019t have been proven so correct.nnThe office was deserted, yet I spent 1 minute chatting symptoms with the doctor, who then spent 2 minutes trying to get me (and my partner, who came with me into the room) to leave a good review on the internet. That does not sit right with me. He diagnosed me correctly, I think, since my cough went away, but seriously? Sorry. Dispense compassionate care, and you can earn a good review maybe.

I've been here a good amount of times (weak immune system lol), and I've never had a bad experience with them. The wait times do vary, sometimes it takes awhile, sometimes it doesn't, just depends on the day! As for staffing, everyone is super nice, and they always make me feel welcomed! My former physician that I would go to scarred me from ever going to a doctors/UC to due how careless and rude she was, but I'm glad this place is nothing like that- I'm super grateful!ud83dude4f
