My daughter-in-law recommended Dr. Knabe at Optima Medical. I have only met with her once in person and once on the phone. Both times she was personable but very efficient and knowledgeable. I liked her and all my questions were answered. The gal who drew my blood was great and I felt no pain even though others have had trouble with my veins. Her office staff did a great job getting records from another doctor's office in time for my appointment with her, which I really appreciated.

Your Optima Medical experience begins when you walk into the office. The guys and gals in the check in area are incredible. Your always greeted with warm confident smiles that take their job very seriously. They all have incredible individual personalities that lets you know that you're needs are in confident hands.nnThey take you to your exam room in orderly fashion. They then ask you to expand on the reasons for your visit. Taking notes about what you tell them so that the Dr. Can hit the ground running when the Dr. sees you. Very adapt at great communication.nnThe Drs are extremely knowledgeable and exhibit great confidence in they're abilities.nThey are very good listeners and do give time to let them know the details and symptoms your experiencing.nnYou can always count on experienced treatment and medications that they recommend.

It's been many years since my last check-up and I did not have a regular physician. Made an appointment with Optima. Refilling out the online form they texted to me was easy and made the check in process when I arrive much faster. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room nor in the examine room. I had a couple things done along with an updated shot and it was all fast and efficient. No long periods sitting in the back room waiting. Expectations going.forward were clear and overall was a very pleasant experience.
