Called to make sure I could be seen since it was close to closing time. Was told as long as I got there before 8 I would be seen. I said I would be there in 10 minutes (it didnu2019t even take me 6 minutes) and they were closed. I would have appreciated an honest answer, instead of wasting my time when I already do not feel well. I said repeatedly that I understood if I could not be seen.

If i could leave none i would.nThis place gets one star because the women at the front desk were lovely and professional, but the doctor? WOOF. I came there for a snake bite, and she didnu2019t even look at it, or talk to me inquiring about any of my symptoms and was angry with me for coming late. (on google and the door it says it closes at 9, i came at 7:45) She said that since i came at the end of the night sheu2019s just sending me to urgent care and that u201cwhat did you think weu2019d have snake anti venom here? did you even google what to do?u201d when if she took maybe 1 minute to ask she would know i was only in there to inquire on if i should go to the ER, and to get a doctors opinion, which i stated in triage.nAll in all, The doctor there was TERRIBLE and had an attitude and seemed like she didnu2019t want to be there, so if you want to be taken seriously and respected, this is not your place.

Ended up in this urgent care on a weekend due to an eye injury. It was close to closing time for them. There was no one in the waiting room so I did get registered and taken in right away. The exam was comprehensive and efficient at the same time. The NP Ms. Ashley was wonderful and so were the front office staff and MA. The treatment and follow up recommendations were spot on. They also called me the next day to check on my condition. Very impressed!nnGenerally speaking urgent care clinics and ER wait times are going to be the luck of the draw. To all of the people complaining about wait times. There just might be nuances such as a previous patient taking longer than expected or someone more serious getting first preference. To me an urgent care is stellar if they are efficient in their systems, do a thorough exam, show kindness and compassion and make proper follow up recommendations. On all of those counts I would give this place 5 stars for this particular episode

The care I received at this urgent care by Tracy and Eleanor was nothing short of amazing! When I called to set up an appointment, Tracy was so accommodating, sweet, and professional! You can really tell she loves her job, and is great at it too! Thanks Tracy for the wonderful care you provided! I feel a lot better after my visit.

This urgent care is great! They get us in and treated so quick and are so patient with kids who are worried about getting swabbed. Weu2019ve got several times in the last year and havenu2019t had a bad experience.
