I made an appointment for a DOT physical. I showed up, was greeted well, and properly instructed in all the steps and digital paperwork required for the procedure, which took about 20 minutes. About 15 minutes later, I was called in to go through all the steps required for the physical. The nursing staff and the doctor were very pleasant, efficient, and professional. After a thorough physical, and with their new digital method, I was soon out the door with my new 2 year card.

Came in for a pre-employment physical. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait . I had to call for a test result Kayla was very nice and sent the results to my employer.

Fast, pleasant front office staff. Friendly, professional back office staff. Process was a little slow and flow could be improved but overall a good experience! We'll continue to use Concentra for any UC or other needs.

It's supposed to be a walk-in clinic. I went there for some pre-employment drug screening and a physical. I called before I went there and was told that they were still taking walk-in appointments that day and then I spent 45 minutes driving there and another 45 minutes driving back only to be told when I got there that one of the providers left for the day and they weren't taking walk-ins anymore that day. I was told to come back the next day to do it all over again. I went back the next day and they finally got me registered and I sat there for 2.5 hours until they took me in the 1st time. They did weight, blood pressure and height measurements, then sent me back to the waiting room because nobody could do the urine test right at that moment. I waited another 30 minutes and then we did the urine test. I was told to go back to the waiting room because a provider wasn't available to do the physical. An hour later I was called to the back again to do the physical. All of the actual testing and physical actually took 30 minutes all together. I was there for 6hrs. You all get a 1 on the survey because I can't go any lower. Get your shit together.

I had to get a random drug test for my job.nI am a cdl licensed school bus driver for First Student Warwick. I arrived the receptionist saw me immediately and the got the process going for my test. After filling out forms on line on my phone from a text message. I went in immediately and saw two very nice ladies who got me in and out and were very pleasant.
