This is one of the best Urgent Cares I have used, its my go to when my family or myself are sick and need to see a doctor right away. We never wait very long and we are seen right away by the doctor. We are always able to be treated and released quickly and get the meds we need to treat whatever we have. All the staff I have encountered every time I go are super friendly and welcoming. It also helps that you can even schedule a time to come in right online. I would highly reccomend this urgent care to anyone who looking to be treated right away and can't get in to see their regular physician.

From the moment I walked in this place, I knew it was a good place. The receptionist was courteous and very helpful. The place was very clean. The nurse that greeted me after I got in the room took all my symptoms and was very professional. Then there was the doctor. She was fantastic. She knew exactly what my problem was. And she was also very thorough. They called my prescription in to the pharmacy right next door. I was in and out of this place and on my way home within an hour. I would definitely recommend to anybody. What a great experience!

The wait time was nice maybe because I was there for a holiday but they didn't fix my problem and the doctor seemed knowledgeable so good place to go and get your health care needs

I called this urgent care ahead of time to verify they had the tools/capability to do what was needed, I explained the exact situation to the women at the front desk via phone, she put me on hold to verify with the Dr and said yes, to come in. I get there, pay for my visit, and talk to the Dr for a total of maybe 60 seconds and relay the exact same message as I said over the phone and he tells me the complete opposite, they arenu2019t able to do anything and sends me on my way and just tells me to see a dermatologist. I tried asking follow up questions and got short, unfriendly and unhelpful responses. I spoke to the women at the front desk again because going in was pointless, and I called ahead of time to specifically verify what was needed to avoid this happening, wasting time/money. As her and I were talking, the Dr yells from behind a wall to the women at the desk u201cshe needs to see a dermatologistu201d, never coming out to talk further, explain, apologize or just anything helpful at all. The women at the desk was friendly, apologized and just explained that she relayed the information to the dr and did as he said so, no fault to her but the Doctor should have just started off with a referral and saving everyone time.

They were very kind however not very quick. We waited for an extremely long time from the time my sons vitals were taken to when the doctor came in. They were not busy at all. There was no one else in the other exam rooms. Not a good first experience. I will not be coming back to this urgent care in the future. Very disappointed.
