#LATEPOSTnnI called so many different urgent care in the valley for a test on MRSA exposure. This place was the only one that answered my questions and made it easy for me, re: pricing and made the process simple. They charge decent price as well! It was a bit far from my home, but I didn't mind the drive.nnThe parking lot was packed and most of the spaces were reserved for the businesses. The lot had limited unmarked parking spaces.nnFrom the check in at the front desk until I'm completely finished with the test, it was smooth and easy. The staffs were friendly and worked efficiently. Dr. Green explained the process clearly and it was easy to understand.nnToday the nurse called on behalf of Dr. Green, to check up on me to make sure I'm fine with no symptoms. That was nice!nnI highly recommend this Urgent Care for those in need of medical treatments or requests for lab tests.

Iu2019ve been a repeat patient at this urgent care and have always appreciated the excellent care provided by Dr. Green u2014 heu2019s attentive, professional, and has consistently gone above and beyond. Unfortunately, after my most recent visit, I will not be returning.nnWhen I came in with my toddler, I was met with immediate attitude from one of the front desk associates. She was rude, argumentative, and made the entire check-in process unnecessarily hostile. Things escalated further when she brought out the supervisor/owner, who was even more dismissive and condescending. I was shocked by how both of them spoke to me u2014 especially in front of my young child.nnThe issue seemed to revolve around whether or not my daughter had been seen there before. I was certain she had been u2014 I distinctly remember her being prescribed medication under Dr. Greenu2019s name. Yet they insisted they had no record of her and implied I was mistaken, citing billing records. I ended up agreeing with them just to get through the situation, despite how poorly I was being treated.nnIn the exam room, Dr. Green remained kind and helpful as always. He even offered to write a prescription for something I mentioned I was dealing with u2014 which now makes me question if this had happened previously and is why I believed my daughter had already been seen by him. It was a confusing and frustrating experience.nnTo be fair, one of the other front desk associates was incredibly kind and sympathetic, and the nurse who took our vitals was also lovely. But none of that makes up for the way I was treated by the first associate and the manager. It was unprofessional, uncalled for, and completely out of line u2014 especially in a healthcare setting where compassion and respect should be the baseline.nnItu2019s truly disappointing, because I valued the medical care here. But no matter how good a doctor is, I canu2019t support a practice that allows patients u2014 and their children u2014 to be treated so poorly at the front desk.

I had an excellent experience at We Care Urgent Care. This was my first visit, and I can honestly say everything about this place was superb. Dr. Green and Sara did an outstanding job in taking care of my problem. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly professional, efficient, and kind. I truly appreciate the service they provided. The wait time was minimal, the facility was clean, and I even received a thoughtful follow-up call. It's clear that the medical staff genuinely cares about their patients. They took care of my emergency and resolved my problem immediately. I am immensely grateful and I would recommend this place to anyone in need of urgent care.

Got in promptly within 30 min of making an appointment online (wanted to make sure there wasn't a long wait and I was able to pick my own appointment time).nEveryone was very nice and professional and the facility was very nice.nDr. Green was awesome and very thorough. Great sense of humor too! His assistant (a future Doctor whose name I didn't get) was lovely and just the type of person you want taking care of you (she did my EKG).nFrom blood draw to results it was a really nice experience.nI even received a follow up call which has never happened when I went to other urgent care facilities.nnI felt relieved when I left and captured a nice sunset from their parking lot!nnA win win.

Heard of this place through a neighbor, and how great their experience was. I have to say I agree with them after my first visit. They have their own parking spots reserved for their patients, and plenty of them I should say. As new patients, the enrolling process was quick and easy. The staff and doctor were all friendly, knowledgeable, and overall great. There was no wait when we arrived, and the whole visit for my family and I took about 30 minutes. The place is clean, they have free snacks and a small play area for kids.
