Please stay away from this place if you can. Save your health and time and go elsewhere.nnFeb 2025. My doctor referred me to Advance Urologist. I called them to schedule a visit as a new patient. They never answer the phone when you call. Itu2019s hard to get hold of them. It will go straight to voicemail, and the prompt will tell you not to leave multiple messages and that they will call you after 72 hours or something. BS! They never do. I called them and left voicemails and waited for 2 weeks. I never heard from them, so I had to call and call again until they picked up. Once in a blue moon, if youu2019re in luck, they will accidentally pick up the call. I was lucky enough that they finally picked up the call and got the appointment to see a doctor for consultation as a NEW PATIENT.nnApril 2025. I was scheduled for the clinic in Folsom. I drove half an hour to Folsom and was told they called to confirm and leave a voicemail to go to the clinic in Carmichael, but they never left me any voicemail. The receptionist at the front was terrible and had no compassion for others. She told me with an attitude that the doctor in Folsom wonu2019t see me, so I either drive to Carmichael, or they will put me as a u201cno showu201d. I left for Carmichael in tears because I was upset, but I know I need to establish myself as a patient there so I can get the treatment I need. (This should be a red flag, and I shouldu2019ve changed the doc)nnOn April 22nd, I had a Nephrostomy tube put in me. I spoke with the Doctor James's PA, Waleed. I was told they would call me to schedule my surgery, and their scheduler is good at calling patients to set appointments for surgery. Again, BS! Promised that never happened. It has been 3 weeks, and I have never once heard from the scheduler regarding my surgery appointment. I mean, donu2019t leave me hanging and waiting all day for your call, at least call and inform me you will call me right away when you have an open spot or somethingud83dude12 What I hate about this place is that if they call you and you donu2019t answer, then thatu2019s it for you because you wonu2019t be able to reach them when you return their call; it will go straight to voicemail. Even if you call and leave voicemails, they will ignore you and discard your voicemail messages.nnYesterday, early morning, May 12th, I called again. The scheduler lady finally picked up the call and said she just got my message (BS!) and will give me a call later because sheu2019s busy with the schedules. Again, BS! Iu2019ve been waiting all day, and I hear nothing from her.u00a0u2639ufe0fnnThis is an ongoing matter. Iu2019m frustrated and overwhelmed JUST trying to get hold of them. Hopelessud83dude22u00a0ud83dude2eu200dud83dudca8I have to keep telling myself to be patient that one day they will reach out to me for my surgery appointment, so I can finally take the nephrostomy tube out and get the surgery done so I can go back and be the normal me and take care of my newborn. ud83eudd27ud83dude4fn...............................................................................nnThe WAITING is to be continue.......

WARNING!!!!!! Save your health and time and go somewhere else PLEASE PLEASE. The office u201cstaffu201d is just terrible, IF you are ever able to get ahold of them! They refuse service, ignore you, let you suffer, as long as they are getting paid thatu2019s all they care about! Not to mention u201cassistant u201c waleed how is he even there, I thought it was a prank once he told my sister she was pretty much lying about having cyst on her kidney and how thatu2019s not a thing, he literally bet her whole weed stash that she didnu2019t! I couldnu2019t believe it and still donu2019t! He is so unprofessional itu2019s disgusting! Dr. James is not the best at following up or continuing care! Go elsewhere!!

Dr. Javidan is one the most brilliant Urologists in greater Sacramento area. He is very patient with the patients, carefully listens to all concerns, & offers viable solutions. Unlike other doctors, he doesn't look at the clock. He is very thorough with his diagnosis. His friendly demeanor puts patients at ease. I am truly fortunate to have him as my Urologist.

We have had the best experience with Dr. Javidan. And his staff has been amazing. Waleed is his PA, he is utterly amazing. Is kind, gentle and took extra time to answer every question that I could have. We love the staff at this office!!!
