Integrity Is important

This is hands down the very best urgent care in the area. The office is very clean, the employees are beyond kind and caring. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and paid attention to details. The front office staff was very professional. I highly recommend this place. I know I get at least 5 million views and searches per day. I am hoping I get more than that amount of views for this beautiful diamond in the rough.

Worst urgent care. My daughter scheduled an appointment at 3pm she was waiting for an hour and half to be called in the room. When I ask how long they didnu2019t know what to say. Barbara Z came out very rude and told me that they had an emergency if we donu2019t like to wait we can leave. My daughter was also an emergency. Meanwhile my daughter is with fever, hives all over her body and body ache. They have no compassion for their patients. First they charge us $50 had us wait for two hours when we already had an appointment.nBarbara Z was very rude and had this ironic attitude and smile like saying F off. Unacceptable behavior. Just be very careful when you schedule an appointment, have in mind that they do not honor that and they are rude. Be prepared. It took them two hours to do a flu test and a covid test which both came out negative, gave her a prescription. Two whole hours for that. They have no respect for us. Avoid this place.

I have to applaud both women at the front desk for doing a great job, very professional and very polite. The nurse assistant was professional and courteous. Although when I asked the nurse if they would be applying a numbing gel on my 7 year old sonu2019s lip before injecting a needle for stiches, he said yes. When the doctor came in to start the procedure, he pulled out the needle to start. I said u201cWait, what about the numbing gel?u201d He said, u201cWe donu2019t have anyu201d. Again, this is a 7 year old with a lip laceration and an urgent care that does stiches has no numbing gel? Or did the doctor simply not feel like getting it and waiting an additional few more minutes? Bedside manner needs improvement. Was the doctor rude? No but when you are dealing with children or any age you need to explain what you will be doing step by step to put your patients at ease. I had to ask questions because he was a man of few words. I will never be returning to this location again. I feel like a horrible mother for putting my son through this torture. I wish I would have known.

Not feeling well today and decided I would get checked out. I checked in with ease and waited maybe 5 minutes to be taken back. Nurse practitioner came in within minutes and was able to ease my worries. She did a thorough check and I was on my way. Prescription already sent to my pharmacy and I can pick them up on my home.nBy far the best experience coming to this facility and would recommend them to all that need care.

On 11/4 my husband fellu2026.. it was very close to closing at urgent care. When I called they were very helpful. We arrived 5 min before 8:00. They treated my husband with care and concern and no sign of rushing. Very much appreciated. Henya the PA, Yvonny RT/MA and Lauren , FD are a credit to their profession and your organization.
