The exam was professional and my concerns were addressed. A care plan was established and I was on my way. Fist time going there, check-in in process was seamless. Both the MA/Nurse and Nurse Practitioner were pleasant, patient, and thorough. I will go again when my PCP can not get me in and would recommend others to go too. Great addition to Carlisle, Ohio.

I went to the urgent three weeks ago to get a boil like thing on my side looked at ,they took the time to explain to me what it was and hope that antibiotics would clear it up ,well two days later it busted open and I went back again seeing same two people that I saw on sun both were very sure I needed to go to hospital and be put on iv,I went and ended up there for three days. Told by my doctor you should thank them for pushing you to come here it was really bad and I am taking them for caring enough to call me and check on me even when I was laying in hospital thanks again

I came in to this urgent care with ear pain, sinus pressure, and other cold symptoms. I was told that it was viral. The NP told me to call or come in again if my symptoms worsened. Well, they did.nnThis morning, I woke up in excruciating pain behind my eyes and ears. When I called back, they said they couldnu2019t prescribe an antibiotic without sending cultures to a lab, which would take 4u20135 days. On top of that, they expected me to pay another $60 co-pay for another visit.nnThe receptionist was not very accommodating in any way.nnThe NP called me on her day off when she heard about the situation. She apologized for the way the office handled everything.
