Never again going back there.nWent there two weeks ago for some testing because i wasnu2019t feeling well. The PA who evaluated me specifically told me he will call me with results. Two weeks later still nothing. I had to call to get my results and now they are telling me that when tests are negative they donu2019t call patients? Wish I was told that before so I wouldnu2019t worry. The best part is, they now canu2019t find the blood work I had done that day??? So what did they take my blood sample for? This is unacceptable.n0/10 do not recommend this place.nWish I could give it 0 stars

My experience at this urgent care was deeply disappointing and concerning. From the start, the receptionist incorrectly informed me that my insurance was inactive, despite my confidence that it was valid. Rather than calling the number on the card to verify, she insisted it would cost $100 to see a doctor. This gave the impression that she was more focused on collecting payment than on doing her job or assisting me appropriately.nnNext, when I had my vitals taken, the CNA asked me to describe my symptoms, which included a stabbing pain between my scapula. When I specified where the pain was, his lack of familiarity with basic human anatomy became apparent, which was unsettling. Then, he attempted to take my blood pressure by wrapping the cuff around my elbow. When I questioned the accuracy of this method, he insisted that blood pressure could be measured anywhere on the arm, then proceeded to place the cuff on my forearm. The reading he provided was inaccurate based on my history, which further undermined my trust.nnWhile the doctor appeared competent and asked appropriate questions, I still felt that my concerns were not taken seriously throughout the visit. For example, despite my mentioning to both the CNA and the doctor that I had taken multiple COVID tests, I was later toldu2014after an hour of waitingu2014that they planned to conduct another COVID test.nnThe final straw came when the nurse, who did not introduce herself, informed me that they needed a urine sample. She directed me to the bathroom, where I noticed that the setup was far from sanitary. The collection cups were placed next to a bin containing pens, which raised serious hygiene concerns. At this point, I decided to leave, as I no longer felt confident in the care being provided.nnOverall, I felt unheard, uncared for, and deeply dissatisfied with my experience at this urgent care. This was a frustrating and distressing way to spend my morning, and I will not be returning to this establishment.

I had a great experience. The staff was professional & very courteous. My wait to be seen was less than 15mins and I was in & out within 45min time frame. The doctor was caring of the situation & quick to resolve my issue.
