Sylmar Urgent Care is a clean, professional and safe urgent care. I initially came here for morpheus 8 treatment for my face, and felt more than comfortable being in the care of an urgent care with medical professionals. The front desk receptionist was very informative and helped me with all of my questions prior to seeing the doctor and the nurse. The doctor did an exam and physical and made sure that I was a good candidate for the medical cosmetic procedure. She explained to me everything I needed to know about my medical condition and how it could affect the recovery with my face treatment. This is definitely above and beyond any care I could get at a regular Medical Spa and Iu2019m so grateful that the doctors have a vested interest in my long-term health. The nurse was beyond a gentle and graceful when drawing my blood. For the first time I could barely feel the prick of the needle; she almost just slipped it in there without me noticing so that was relieving :) Diana was the nurse that did my face treatment, and she is beyond talented and amazing. I am very picky when it comes to my face because any procedure Iu2019ve had done has usually been by a board certified plastic surgeon but I feel like her skills are right up there. Thank you for making my face look so perfect!

Refused to see my sick ailing wife because their urinalysis machine is broken. They literally said they refuse to serve us because they have a broken machine. Theyu2019re ignorant to real medicine practice. Donu2019t go here unless you need to see a snake oil sales man. Crooks and scammers.

My experience today at the urgent care was amazing . So i had a tonsillectomy done less than a month ago and I had alot of discomfort and the receptionist was very attentive i forgot her name , and Karina was awsome and very communicative, with everything she was about to do . I will definitely be recomending friends and family.
