Out of town and family member recommended this Care Now Facility. Poor planning on my part had me coming in 15 minutes to closing. Staff was AWESOME! They made me feel like I was the first patient of the day! Everyone was so nice and kind. Facility was super clean. I was checked in and in a room in about 10 minutes. Dr. Johnson was FANTASTIC. She understood the problem, talked solutions and had me taken care of in no time. Gout attacks are brutal, but she understood and was both kind and knowledgeable in talking about options. I would go back to this facility in a heart beat. Great people, great care - makes me wish I lived closer to this facility - totally would be my go to!!!! Highly recommend.

We have needed to visit CareNow in Brentwood more times than we wish! The online check-in process is great! The nurses and providers have been absolutely wonderful. The wait times are always very short and we leave with a solid care plan and any needed prescriptions. We highly recommend for both adults and children, when your pediatrician is not an option.

Iu2019ve visited this urgent care twice now, and both times the doctors have been absolutely phenomenal u2014 incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel well cared for. The medical assistants were also efficient and professional.nnUnfortunately, the front desk staff consistently leaves a lot to be desired. They come across as rude, unwelcoming, and completely unhelpful. Itu2019s frustrating when the care from the medical team is top-notch but is overshadowed by such poor front-desk service.nnI hope the management addresses this, because the clinical care here truly deserves five stars.
