The staff at lakeside and Dr.Jacob are very attentive, kind and caring. My husband is diabetic that was completely out of control. Dr. Jacob has him on medications that has his diabetes under control. She is so on top of it w refills and checking his A1c and staying in touch regularly to make sure that his meds are refilled and his blood sugar is stable . She is a huge asset to Lakeside and patients . Thank you for being the best medical office I have ever experienced being a patient at.

Iu2019m new to this office but as first time patient I am very pleased with the service and kindness I received from Allison. She made me feel comfortable and very helpful with giving me information I needed. She was the sweetest to me as I came in the day before and I was running late due to traffic and the front desk lady rescheduled me even though she was aware I was having bad abdominal pain and it would of been nice to still be able to see a doctor then have to wait until the next day. I would have appreciated the customer service Allison gave me instead of being pushed back. The office in General was very nice and supportive. A big thank you to Allison ! Youu2019re the best and I appreciate your amazing and caring customer service. Thank you!

Great first time visit with Dr. Nowfar-Rad, he was concerned about my comfort level as he was applying treatment to remove several moles, which I barely felt.nVictoria, his assistant was very kind and thorough describing treat for the wounds over the next week as it heals. I highly recommend them, I felt safe in their care and will be returning for other treatments they offer.
